In the 1950s, 'Jumbo Jim' captivated Mandan, North Dakota, with his Drive-In's Sloppy Joes, becoming an instant hit among both kids and adults in the state capital’s sister city. Today, his culinary legacy continues through a food truck that serves up the same beloved Sloppy Joe recipe, along with other comfort food classics like homemade mac and cheese, pulled pork, crispy tots, and hot dogs. Catering to gluten-friendly diets, the food truck ensures that almost any dish can be customized to meet patrons' preferences.

Born and raised in Northern California, Maria wanted to bring her own take on her family’s culture and flavorful Mexican recipes to the F/M area. Maria’s Homestyle Mexican incorporates recipes passed down from generation to generation, and puts her own spin and passion into her products today. She takes pride in all that she cooks, and cooks from the heart!

Milk Made, established by Megan Lewis in 2017, initially focused on artisan cheese catering, later expanding to include consumer education with classes and pairings. Adapting during the pandemic, they ventured into markets with "Bessie," their mobile cheese shop. In 2023, Milk Made acquired a physical space for retail, preparation, and education, maintaining their commitment to mobility and local artisan partnerships.
